How does the observability assessment work?
In 30 days, we will measure your (scope-defined) application landscape, from user perspective to database;
During these 30 days, we will provide access to the AppDynamics observability dashboards and alerting, so you and your team can understand the data collected and perform deep dives in case of incidents;
From the data collected, we will create a dashboard for your specific application topology, with the delivered performance of all individual components and interfaces within this application landscape;
In 2 workshops, we will determine together the value of the data collected, set thresholds for optimal performance and detect improvement areas;
The assessment will be concluded with an Observability Value Case & Business Case aimed at your specific performance improvement needs.
