To ensure the request was made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your ID with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number, and BSN in this copy to protect your privacy.

MeasureWorks International B.V. will respond as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks.
